  3. Eat dark chocolate. Make it > 80% cacao, make it raw, and definitely make it organic!
  4. Practice yoga. Here's just one pose that I happen to love!
  5. Take phosphatidyl serine, 400 mg once per day. While you're at it, take omega-3s, 2000 mg once or twice per day.
  6. Chi walking! This is a cross between Tai Chi and Walking - and it can help you burn more calories, bank your energy, and prevent injury.
  7. Light a candle and stare at it for 3 minutes.
  8. Put yourself on a screen curfew after 7 pm -- screens (TV, tablets, laptops) rob you of melatonin and disrupt your inner clock.
